MEDITATION IS NOT THE GOAL Oversized Heavyweight T-Shirt

“MEDITATION IS NOT THE GOAL. LIBERATION IS.”

A quiet statement about the purpose of practice: carrying awareness into the way we live, respond, and relate to the world.

Set in two small lines across the chest, the message invites reflection while leaving generous space around it. A relaxed silhouette and restrained typography create a wearable anchor for mindfulness—a reminder to bring the spirit of practice into ordinary moments.
