ŚAMATHA · CALM ABIDING 止 Oversized Heavyweight T-Shirt

Inspired by the meditative practice of Śamatha, this design invites a moment of calm—a gentle return to steady attention amid everyday distractions.

A bold “止” anchors the front above “ŚAMATHA · CALM ABIDING.” Across the upper back, “Do not follow the past. Do not chase the future. Just stop.” offers a simple cue to pause. Spacious proportions and restrained typography create a wearable anchor for mindfulness, bringing the spirit of practice into daily life.
